  If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the least professional company I have ever attempted to conduct business with. Here is a list of just a few of my family's multiple experiences with them over the course of only two and a half months: 1. Their delivery driver cursed, yelled at, and threatened my wife. Then, when I went to intervene, processed to tell me I was being "a baby" and LITERALLY made crying noises. 2. They put our credit card on file and told us they had signed us up for 'autofill' and then still let our tank run empty TWICE. 3. We EXPLICITLY ordered a minimum fill up of $400. Then our landlord called them and told them to fill it all they way, and he'd pay the remainder. Instead, they charged us $700 and the landlord $400. Why? Because our card was on file and they could. Then, when I called to explain their mistake, and to ask about getting it resolved, they tried to tell me it was my landlord's fault. My landlord has nothing to do with the ORDER I HAD PERSONALLY PLACED. This company is despicable. They are the definition of greed. They treat their customers however they want because they can. Pennsylvania needs to work on changing the law regarding these propane tanks. It breaks my heart to know that since they own our tank, I have no choice but to continue giving my hard earned money to a company that treats people they way they do.

  If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The arrogant older gentleman that answers the phones needs his attitude adjusted. THREE times now they have “forgotten” to deliver propane to us. I call to make them aware of their error, tell them that I called when I did so that we weren’t cutting it so close, then they act like it’s my fault they didn’t come out. I get told they will TRY to make it out to us, how is that acceptable? I don’t understand how this place is still in business. Terrible, terrible, company.
